At VAYREA Atelier, every piece is created especially for you. Since our garments are made-to-order and individually crafted, we take the necessary time to ensure that each creation meets our standards before it leaves our atelier. We believe the journey of your VAYREA piece should be as considered as the piece itself.

We offer shipping across India.

  • Prepaid orders — complimentary shipping
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — ₹170 shipping fee

As every piece is made-to-order, please allow us time to carefully craft and prepare your order.

Order processing & dispatch

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 business days.

Standard delivery

Estimated delivery within 9–12 business days from the date of order.

Express shipping

Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from the date of order.

VAYREA Atelier ships worldwide.

International orders generally take approximately 10–15 business days for delivery after dispatch. Please note that international delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Customs & duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer.

Order cancellation

Because every VAYREA Atelier piece enters our production process specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed. We therefore encourage you to carefully review your order, size, measurements, and customization details before confirming your purchase.

Refunds

All VAYREA Atelier pieces are made-to-order and created specifically for the individual customer. Therefore, orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where specifically stated in our Refund & Alteration Policy. For complete details, please refer to that page.

Your VAYREA piece isn’t simply picked, packed, and sent. It is crafted, inspected, carefully prepared, and then sent on its way to you. We appreciate your patience while we give your piece the time and attention it deserves.
